Interior Cleaning: In order to maintain the high-efficiency of the water heater, clean the heating tube and
interior shell once every three years. Don’t damage the exterior of the heating tube and the protective layer of
the surface of the interior shell. The magnesium bar should be replaced periodically according to local water
quality and usage habits.

Cleaning of Interior Shell: You must remove power plug before the cleaning the interior shell. During the
cleaning period, close the inlet valve, open the outlet valve, remove the bottom cover, transparent decoration
accessories and decorative cover of the shockproof wall, dismantle the magnesium bar (at this moment you
can check the consumption condition of magnesium bar in order to replace it. Note: The magnesium bar is
sold separately), empty the water inside water tank, open the inlet valve to flush it for several minutes until
the clean water is drained, and re-install decorative cover of the shockproof wall, transparent decoration
accessories, and bottom cover.
