Field connection on main busbars
Rail guide and field connection depending on ACB
The enclosure versions and enclosure dimensions must be selected according to the performance
characteristics of the ACB used.
For example, the ACB determines:
–
Copper dimensions of the field connection
–
Rail guide / field connection to the M-BB with different distances between phases
–
Break-outs in the partition (bushing partition) between the main busbar compartment and device
compartment
–
Distances of the cable / rail connections on the ACB
Enclosure-type-specific production drawings
Hager provides the switchgear manufacturer with enclosure type-specific assembly drawings and in-
dividual component drawings for producing the individual copper parts. The switchgear manufacturer
produces the individual copper parts before the switching enclosures are delivered.
