5.8  Changing unit of measurement from "cm"--> "inches"

6. Troubleshooting 

and fault 

remedying

•  Press button "S" (B) for approx. 4 seconds.
•  The unit of measurement on the display changes (

see Figure 5 in picture 

section

).

Lifting device will not 
move

If "-" cannot be seen: check all plug-in connections 
with the mains plug disconnected / 
wait for 10 minutes / plug in the mains plug / 
"-" illuminates again / press button S for five seconds 
until a number can be seen on the control element 
If "-" can be seen: check whether movement is being 
blocked by an object 

"E-01" displayed

Loss of position, move lifting device down and 
perform a reset 

Lifting device not reacting 
correctly after a power 
failure

Perform reset

Lifting device not moving 
to the required position

Save position again

Lifting device or table 
base at a slight angle 
because of mechanical 
effects

Rectify mechanical effects. Move lifting device 
slowly downwards. Both sides are in horizontal 
alignment again at the bottom position. 
Press button "

" for approx. 10 seconds
