Section 7 Faults, causes, rectification
7.1 Error messages
In the case of an error, the indication of the measured value flashes on the display
and all the contacts and current outputs allocated to this sensor are place on hold.
The following conditions will result in flashing measured values:
• Sensor calibration
• Data transmission between controller and sensor interrupted
On the Main menu open the SENSOR DIAG menu using enter and determine the
cause of the fault.
7.2 Warnings
A warning results in a flashing warning icon on the right of the display, all menus,
contacts and outputs remain unaffected and continue to work normally. On the
Main menu open the SENSOR DIAG menu using ENTER and determine the
cause of the warning.
A warning can be used to operate a relay contact and, on the allocation of a
priority, to determine the severity.
7.3 Wrong passcode?

Forgotten passcode? Contact the service department and ask for the master passcode.
The passcode has been changed back to
the factory default using the RESET
CONFIG function.
The factory setting for the passcode is: sc100_ (the space must also be entered)
