6. Push the router to the pallet over the ramp with the rear of the chassis facing the pallet.
7. Adjust the levelling feet of the dolly so that the levelling feet support the router securely.
8. Use L-shaped brackets to secure the dolly to the pallet.
9. Cover the chassis with the packing bag from top down, and then tape the bag to the plastic film.
10. Place the accessory boxes around the chassis bottom and use tape to secure the boxes to the
chassis.
11. Remove the U-shaped fasteners from the pallet and install them on the ramp. Then place the
ramp in its position and use tape to secure the ramp to the chassis.
12. Place the packing foams around and on the top of the chassis and then use tape to secure them
to the chassis.
13. Install the four side panels and top panel of the crate.
