1. Attach the support legs (the front and the back one) to the mating pins in the
base.
2. Install and secure the handlebar post.
3. Install the pedal holders in the crank levers on both sides of the flywheel assembly
cowl. Thread in the pedal platform ends: R to the right side and L to the left side.
4. Insert and secure the handlebars.
5. The top of the handlebar post features holes for the small handle with the HR
sensor contacts to be attached using the included bolts.
6. Secure the display control panel to the square baseplate at the end of the
handlebar post. Insert the harness connectors to the PULSE and SENSOR receptacles
in the back of the control panel.
3.4. Operating the appliance
1. Install the batteries in the battery holder in the back of the control panel – mind
the polarity. With the batteries installed, the display comes on with all settings and
readings showing “0”.
2. Press the MODE dial. First, the control panel prompts you to enter your body
height, body weight, and age. The prompt messages are displayed in the top bar:
HEIGHT, WEIGHT, AGE.
3. Having made your inputs, the top bar will display “SCAN”. The setting to be
input begins to flash. Each setting value can be input by operating the dial: turn it
counter-clockwise (towards DOWN) to reduce the value; turn it clockwise (towards
UP) to increase the value.
4. Confirm by pressing the MODE dial. The display control panel goes to the next
setting. You can enter every setting as required, apart from speed.
