a)
Fix the fasteners (3, 4) to the support frame bases (1, 2). For this purpose, use
M12x80 screws, M12 washers and M12 locknuts.
Insert a washer onto main fixing screw. Align the axes of the support frame
base and fastener holes. Insert the previously prepared mount into the hole
axis, from the outside. Secure with a washer and nut from the inside. Repeat
the procedure for all holes.
b)
Place the upper frame of the training arm (7) on the lower support frame base
(2). Align the hole axes. Fasten with M12x140 screws, M12 washers and M12
locknuts. Guide the screw from the floor upwards.
The installation procedure is the same as the one described above.
c)
Attach the main machine frame (6) to the front fastener (3) and bottom
support frame base (1). Align the hole axes and fix with M12x140 bolts, M12
washers and M12 locknuts. Guide the screw from the floor upwards. Fasten
using the procedure described in item a) (see the drawing).
d)
Fix the main frame side mounting element (6) to the training arm frame (7).
Fasten with M12x140 bolts, M12 washers and M12 locknuts. Guide the screw
from the outside.
Fasten using the procedure described in item a) (see the drawing).
e)
Fix the support frame (5) to the rear fastener (4). When inserting the element,
align the hole axes. Fasten with M12x140 bolts, M12 washers and M12
locknuts. Guide the screw from the floor upwards. Fasten using the procedure
described in item a) (see the drawing).
f)
At the contact point of the supporting frame (5) with the main frame (6), level
the axes of the holes. Connect the frames using M12x115 bolts, M12 washers
