Thank you for purchasing this GVA appliance.
Your GVA product has been inspected and tested and is warranted to the original first purchaser
(“you”), subject to the following for a period of 12 Months (domestic use) or 3 months (commercial
use) from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials, providing it is used
according to the instructions and/or recommendations that accompany it.
During this period, GVA will rectify by refund, repair or replacement (at their discretion) of the
product purchased. If an accessory is defective, only the accessory will be replaced.
Claim on Warranty: You must, at your own expense, return the product, provide proof of original
purchase and include name, address and contact number or email address, to the retailer from
whom you originally purchased the product within 12 months from the date of purchase.
This Warranty does not apply if the defect is as a result of neglect, alteration, accident, abuse or
misuse, incorrect installation, tampering or subjected to power surges. This Warranty is in addition
to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If service is required after the Warranty period has expired, the product should be returned to a
qualified electrical technician. Service outside of the Warranty period will be at your cost.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
