Requirements for the installation location
4.2 Requirements for the installation location
The switch cabinet must meet protection class IP43 at least. It is not
explosion-protected. Do not operate in environments where there is a risk of
explosion. Observe all additional regulations in this area.
Choose a suitable installation location for the switch cabinet so that the
operating and control elements are visible on the front panel at all times,
and unimpeded operation is possible. Observe the requirements for vehicles
carrying tools and gears according to DIN 14555-3.
Do not spray the switch cabinet with high-pressure cleaners.
4.3 General provisions for installation
The basic requirement for safe, reliable and fault-free operation, electrical
and mechanical safety is a technically and materially correct installation of
the switch cabinet.
4.4 Installation
Follow the installation instructions when installing the switch cabinet:

Secure the switch cabinet adequately and securely.
y
Only use the provided mounting holes in the switch cabinet for the
attachment.
y
Introducing the supply line from the generator into the switch cabinet
must meet protection class IP43 at least.
y
Install the switch cabinet so that the operating and control elements fitted
on the front panel are visible at all times, and unimpeded operation is
possible.
y
During installation, also note the requirements for vehicles carrying tools
and gears according to DIN 14555-3.
