Installing the Chute Controller Housing

What You Should Know

WARNING

Chute position controller enclosure weighs approximately 275 lbs. pounds. Failure
to use proper equipment and personnel when lifting could cause bodily injury or
damage to equipment.

1. Lift the housing assembly (A) onto the lower mounting gussets (B), aligning holes in the bottom of

the housing (A) with the holes in the lower mounting gussets (B).

2. Install the housing (A) to the gussets (B) with six 5/16 x 3/4 in. flange bolts (C) and 5/16 in. flange

nuts (D).

3. Field drill four holes in the bin sidewalls (E) through the four holes in the sidewall mounting brackets

(F), making sure that the holes are drilled on the peaks of the corrugation ridges.

4. Use the 5/16 x 3/4 in. flange bolts (C) and 5/16 in. flange nuts (D) to attach the housing (A) to the bin

sidewalls (E).
