and Flange Nut, 5/16"-18 JS500 Grade 5 (S-10268)

Flange Bolt 3/8"-16 x 1-1/2" JS500 Grade 8 or Grade 8.2 Full Thread (S-7486) and
Flange Nut 3/8"-16 JS500 (S-9426) at purlin clip to rafter connection.

Flange bolt 3/8"-16 x 1" JS500 grade 8 or grade 8.2 (S-7485) with
flange nut 3/8"-16 JS500 (S-9426) at standard splice connection.

Flange Bolt 3/8"-16 x 1-1/2" JS500 Grade 8 or Grade 8.2 Full Thread (S-7486) and
Flange Nut 3/8"-16 JS500 (S-9426) at purlin clip to rafter connection.

Flange Bolt 3/8"-16 x 1" JS500 Grade 8 or Grade 8.2 (S-7485) with
Flange Nut 3/8"-16 JS500 (S-9426).

1-1/4" Nut (S-7250) with Washer (S-8731)

Flange Bolt 3/8"-16 x 1-1/2" JS500 Grade 8 or Grade 8.2 (S-7488) with Sealing Washer with
Flange Nut 3/8"-16 JS500 (S-9426).

1-1/4" Tension Rod (CRP-7033)

Rib Support Clips (CRP-7041)

1/2" x 1-1/2" Full threaded bolt (S-3728) with 1/2" hex nut (S-3729) with
washer (S-2121) on both sides. Purlin to purlin clip connection.

Drill one 3/8" hole in roof panel to match up with slot in “Z” roof rib clip (S-7483). Bolt roof panel to
“Z” roof rib clip using flange bolt 5/16"-18 x 1-1/4" JS500 grade 8 or grade 8.2 full thread (S-10268)
with sealing washer and flange nut 5/16"-18 JS500 grade 5

Place center collar assembly with correct timing to roof panels and drill two (2) 3/8" holes in
center collar per connection point. Six (6) total connection points.

NOTE:
Rib support clips may be flipped 180° if needed.

Purlin
Q
Field drill 3/8" hole through overlapping roof rib and attach to rib support clip using 5/16" x 1-1/4" bolt
and 5/16" flange nut.

Attach rib support clip to purlin using 5/16" bolt and 5/16" flange nut.
S
Attach using 5/16" bolt (S-7483) and 5/16" flange nut (S-10268).
