UK declaration of conformity
We, Grundfos, declare under our sole responsibility that the products TPE, TPED, NBE, NBGE, NKE, NKGE,
TPE, TPED Series 2000, to which this declaration relates, are in conformity with UK regulations, standards and
specifications to which conformity is declared, as listed below:
– Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
Standard used: BS EN 809:1998 + A1:2009.
– Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016.
Standard used: BS EN 61800-3:2004 + A1:2012.
– The Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information Regulations 2019.
Electric motors:
Regulation (EC) No 640/2009 and Regulation (EU) No 4/2014.
Applies only to three-phase Grundfos motors marked IE3 or IE2 (use with variable-speed drive only). See
the motor nameplate.
Standard used: BS EN 60034-30:2009.

Water pumps:
Regulation (EU) No 547/2012.
Applies only to water pumps marked with the minimum efficiency index. See the pump nameplate.
– The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Regulations 2019.
Standards used: BS EN IEC 63000:2018.
This UK declaration of conformity is only valid when accompanying Grundfos instructions.
