6.1 Appli Grundfos GO Balance sur Apple iOS

6.2 Appli Grundfos GO Balance sur Android

L'appli ne démarre pas lorsque vous appuyez sur l'icône.
L'appli est bloquée.
L'appli se ferme inopinément.

Redémarrer l'appli.

1. Fermer l'appli.
2. Appuyer sur le bouton d'accueil deux

fois de suite très rapidement pour voir
les applications en cours d'exécution.

iOS 8 ou ultérieur :

1. Faire glisser vers le haut la fenêtre

d'aperçu de l'appli Grundfos GO
Balance jusqu'à ce qu'elle ne soit plus
visible.

2. Redémarrer l'appli à l'aide de son icône.

L'appli n'est pas disponible sur mon appareil.

Installer l'appli.

1. Aller dans l'App Store et télécharger

gratuitement l'appli Grundfos GO
Balance.

2. Rechercher "Grundfos GO Balance".

L'appli ne démarre pas lorsque vous appuyez sur l'icône.
