7. Do not use light switches, engines, or similar products that generate sparks in the area of
spraying.

The area must be kept clean. There cannot be any containers with paint or solvents, rags or
other flammable materials.
9. Check the composition of the sprayed paint and solvents. Be sure to read all safety data sheets
of hazardous substances (MSDS) and labels on the containers with paints and solvents. Follow
the safety instructions of the manufacturer of paint and solvents.

On site there should be efficient fire-fighting equipment.
11. The spraying device generates sparks. If in the spray device or its vicinity, or for rinsing or wash-
ing a flammable fluid is used, keep the spraying device at least 6 m from explosive vapors.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
1. Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Do not modify the plug in any way. Do not con-
nect any adapters to the grounded power tools. Use of unmodified plugs and matching
sockets reduces the likelihood of electric shock.

Grounded tools must be plugged into a properly installed and grounded outlet in ac-
cordance with all standards and regulations. Do remove the grounding pin or modify
the plug in any way. Do not use any plug adapters. In the event of doubts as to whether
the outlet is properly grounded, consult a qualified electrician. If the power tool stops
working properly or if it breaks down, grounding provides a low-resistance path to dis-
charge electricity from the user.
3. Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, coolers. When the user’s
body is grounded, the likelihood of electric shock increases.
4. Do not expose power tools to rain or moisture. Water entering the power tool increases the
risk of electric shock.

Use cables in accordance with their purpose. Do not use cable to carry, pull or unplug the pow-
er tool. Keep the cable away from heat, oil and sharp edges and from moving parts. Immedi-
ately replace damaged cables. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
6. When using the power tool outdoors, use an extension cord adapted for outdoor use. Use of
cables adapted for outdoor use reduces the likelihood of electric shock.
HAZARD OF SUBCUTANEOUS INJECTION
Stream sprayed under high pressure can cause injection of toxins into the body resulting in
serious injuries. In such a case, immediately seek medical assistance of a surgeon.
1. The gun should not be directed at persons or animals; do not spray them.
2. Keep your hands or other parts of the body away from the outlet nozzle. For example, do not
attempt to stop the leakage using any part of the body.

Always use the nozzle tip cover. Do not carry out spraying when the nozzle tip cover is not in
place.
4. Use the nozzle manufactured by GRÖNE.
5. During cleaning and replacement of nozzle tips it is required to maintain caution. In the case
of clogged nozzle tip while spraying, follow the procedure of removing the excess pressure in
order to disable the device and reduce the pressure before removing the nozzle tip to clean it.
6. Do not leave device connected to the power supply or under pressure unattended. When the
device is not in use, turn it off and perform the procedure for removing excess pressure.
7. Make sure the hoses and parts are not damaged. Damaged hoses or parts must be replaced.
8. The system can produce pressure of 21 Mpa (207 bar). Use replacement parts and accessories
manufactured by GRÖNE rated for a minimum of 21 Mpa (207 bar).
