Always disconnect fixture from AC power before attempting any service .
 For use only with electrical power that meets all local and national codes.
 Fixture must be electrically grounded. Do not attempt to operate this fixture without a
proper electrical ground!

Fixture is rated IP22 and is for indoor use only.

This fixture produces intense optical radiation which can damage the retina permanently.
Use extreme caution when servicing the fixture or when in close proximity to the powered
fixture. Never look directly into the front of the fixture when it is connected to electrical
power!
 Do not attempt to modify the fixture or add unapproved lenses, fittings, or other electronic
devices.

This fixture should not be operated in ambient temperatures above 104ºF (40ºC)

The fixture must have a minimum clearance of six inches from the surface of the fixture.
Never attempt to wrap the fixture with any covering, or attempt any cosmetic modification
of the fixture.

The fixture has no user serviceable parts.
