Changing Main Motor V-Belts
To change main motor V-belts:
1. DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM POWER!
2. Open upper and lower right access panels.
3. Loosen V-belt tension jam nuts to allow
motors to raise or lower (see
Figure 107).
4. Rotate V-belt tension adjustment nuts coun-
terclockwise to release V-belt tension (see
Figure 107) until you can remove V-belts
from motor pulleys.
5. Prepare two 12" long wood blocks of equal
thickness and place them under rubber roll-
ers for support.
6. Loosen (3) cap screws holding eccentric
shaft and tube in place for front rubber roller
(see
Figure 108).

7. Thread roller extraction bolt into center of
eccentric tube.
8. Use roller extraction bolt to pull eccentric tube
out until belt can be taken off roller pulley.
9. Remove (2) cap screws holding roller center-
ing washers (see Figure 109).
10. Remove (2) Phillips head screws shown in
Figure 109, securing square frame end.

6. Properly tension V-belt (refer to Checking/
Adjusting V-Belt Tension on Page 59 for
more information).
7. Close and secure lower left access panel.
