7.2 LED Fault Indicator
In the instance of a fault, it is recommended that you perform a reset:
1. Count the number of flashes as described above and record the error type.
2. Unplug the charging Connector from your EV
3. Turn off the power to the Charging Station by switching the upstream circuit breaker to
the “OFF” position
4. With the circuit breaker in the “OFF” position, wait 1-2 minutes and then switch the
upstream circuit breaker back to the “ON” position
5. Confirm the Fault light is no longer present.
6. If the Fault light remains, please contact United Chargers. Download the
and send an email to [email protected]. Indicate the number of red
flashes.
