A table of Clients on the Grid displays.

   Right-click on the Client whose vController software you need to repair, and select Repair 

from the short-cut menu. 
A message box opens, informing you that the repair has started. 

4.

   Click the OK button. 

The vController is repaired for the selected Client. 

Uninstalling Software from a Client 

You can remove the vController software from a Client computer. Doing so is part of the process of 

removing a Client from the Grid. 

Tip:

 You can perform this action from the Client Software tab in the vController Manager for Clients 

on the Grid, or from the Workgroup Membership tab for Clients connected to a particular vStore.

   In the left navigation tree of GridControl, click on    vController Manager. 

The vController Manager window opens to the right. 

2.

   Click the Client Software tab. 

A table of Clients on the Grid displays.
