How to Clear Note Jamming 

3.1. Clean note jamming in upper module 

As shown in the left figure below, the note is jammed at the turning area of upper transport; in the 

right figure, it is jammed at the note return slot. Open the upper cover of the upper transport with 

one hand, and gently pull out the note from the transport with the other hand. After cleaning, check 

whether  the  transport  belt  is  skew  or  fallen,  or  the  transport  sensors  work  abnormally;  if  any, 

remove the fault.(For safe without upper cover, refer to 2.4 upper module management of Chapter 

8 to remove the upper module and clear the note jamming). 

 

                 

 

                                                                                     

3.2 Clean note jamming in cassette transport 

As shown in the figure above, pull out the cassette. Gently pull out the note jammed at the cassette 

entrance.
