-SYSTEM) 

The RI barrier mower is produced with a "break-back" system for easier use and better protection of the 
machine. 

The "break-back" system functions as a collision protection consisting of an adjustable spring connected to a 
steel wire along the movable arm/pivot of the RI barrier mower. 

The system works by ensuring a soft return of the RI barrier mowers cutting head, and simultaneously acts as 
pre-pressure on the rotatable cutting head when mowing. In this way, very thin poles can be cut around 
without the risk of them falling over. 

The collision protection (break-back system) is adjusted during preparation for use and should be adjusted as 
needed. See section:
