Using the Medication Diary
If the Medication Diary has been enabled in the study protocol, the patient can note when medications
were taken using the Medication Diary as follows:
1. From the Kinesia 360 Application Home
Screen, select ‘My Diary’.
2.
Press the ‘Medication’ button to enter the Medication Log
3. Select which medication was taken from the list
4. Enter the time of the dose. This defaults to the current time but can be changed if the patient is
retrospectively or prospectively entering information.
Press ‘Set’ to confirm time.
5. Repeat as needed to record other doses.
6.
Press ‘Done’ to finish.
