Chapter 3 Troubleshooting Problems
Storage problems
Use the following sections if you suspect problems with your T2's storage system.
Media File System problems
Media disk problems
To check the SATA drives quickly, open
My Computer
from the
Start
menu, and
check C:, D:, and V: drives. The C: and D: drives are in the SSD (for the system)
above the 2.5 inch removable SSD bay. The V: drive is striped back of the touch
screen LCD.
WARNING: Be sure to turn off the system and disconnect the power plug prior to
checking the cabling and connections inside the T2, or removing/replacing any
parts of the T2. Otherwise, electric shock or product failure may result.

One or more clips do not
play or record correctly.
The media database is out
of sync with the media
files or there is a corrupt

On startup the VGA startup sequence stalls
at the black screen with a "Operating
System not found" message.

files of the data drive (V: drive)
with the CommandCenter after
replacement, copy the media
files into the external storage
device and then import them
into V: drive. For detailed
