3.4.3  The Probes Panel 

 
The HCO-3931 continuously monitors the condition and status of the input signals it is processing. The information is 
used to decide whether the input must be switched in Auto mode. It is also used to flag the status of the card in the 
iControl system. A range of parameters are probed and you assign a weight (

High

, 

Low

, or 

None

) to each parameter, 

for each input. This weighting informs the 

card’s decision logic to automatically switch an input.
