2. Setting Tool Conditions [CONDITION]

Media Name
Displays the name of the tool condition that is currently selected. To
save a tool condition as a new one, enter a new file name here.
In order to correctly display the media name on the Plotter LCD
screen, do not use more than 11 characters for 2-byte characters
and no more than 22 characters for ASCII. Please be aware that
other characters do not show up properly on the Plotter LCD screen.

Tool
Specify the part no. of the cutter blade, or the pen.

Force
Set the force of the cutter or the pen.

Offset
Fine-adjust the difference between the tip of the blade and the
center of the plunger. Set this value based on the type of the cutter
blade that you use.

OK
Saves the set content as the current media name and closes the
tool condition setting screen. To newly save it, enter the optional file
name into media name.

Cancel
Cancels the settings and closes the tool condition setting screen.

To prolong the pen life, set the FORCE to the lowest setting, and set the SPEED after checking to
confirm that there are no faint lines or other problems during plotting.

What is Offset
It will adjust the difference between the tip of the blade in the
plunger and the center of the plunger. There are standard
adjustment values for each cutter blades. Fine adjustment will
be made to that standard values here. (Adjustment will be made
with standard value as 0.)
