2 . The solution when the file is not displayed even if the CSV data recorded in the SD memory card of
the main unit is checked on the GL100_GL240_GL840-APS side by connecting the GL240 and the PC.
The file saved in CSV format in the SD memory card of the main unit is not found when referring to the
main unit from the GL100_GL240_GL840-APS side.
Either remove the SD memory card from the main unit and place it in the PC, or Copy the file to a PC
disk once and open it from GL100_GL240_GL840-APS.
3 . When connecting to a PC and using the repeat function on the GL100_GL240_GL840-APS, the cause that the
repeat setting set on the main unit is turned off.
The repeat function is not linked with the main unit and seems it is controlled by the GL100_GL240_GL840-APS.
Therefore, the repeat function in the main unit setting is set to OFF when connected.
4 . What happens if the cable is disconnected during recording?
When the cable is disconnected, the GL100_GL240_GL840-APS stops receiving data. However, if the
recording on the main unit is set to "On", the data is still recorded on the main unit.
5 . How to fix the problem when the wireless LAN unit option (B-568) is installed and GL240 is set as the access
point (master unit), but GL240 is not searched from the "Wireless network connection" item on the PC?
If the search is performed when the security setting on the GL240 side is set to Off, it is likely that the
security setting is different.
If the encryption method is WEP, set the value to 13 characters; for WPA or WPA2, set the value between
8 and 63 characters.
In case of the number of characters is not specified, the wireless LAN will be disabled and no search will be
performed.
1 . How to solve the problem when the message "LabView runtime engine not found" appears and I cannot
start the application software.
The GL100_GL240_GL840-APS application software installs the National Instruments software at the
same time. In this case, the software may not be installed normally.
Check for National Instruments software from the control panel.
If you have software, remove it and reinstall GL100_GL240_GL840-APS.
If not, delete GL100_GL240_GL840-APS and reinstall.
