Advanced Functions and Settings: AUTO REG. MARK - Auto Registration Mark Sensor

With roll media, the registration mark must be at least 110 mm from the back

edge of the media.

In the default setting, the AUTO REG. MARK sensing function senses the regis-

tration mark by moving the media or sensor until the plotter locates the registration
mark. Normally there is no printed image within 6mm of the registration marks.

If you desire images between the registration marks, you may set the plotter to

move a set distance sensing for the registration mark. See

Setting the Registra-

tion Mark Reading Area

for more details. The following illustrates the reading
