Cover Hinge Screen

MODE 3 Cover hinge. This mode is designed for perfect bound book covers. It
prevents cracking when opening covers. There are 2 pages in this mode, in which
you can input 2 parameters. SPINE (first spine line to the leading edge) and THK
(thickness of the book, specifically the spine width).
