Assembly Instructions
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this document
including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.
1. Use M6x40 Bolts, Washers, and Lock Nuts to
connect Short Frame (2) to the Long Frame (1).

2. Place Tray Holder (15) in between Panels and
insert into the designated grooves on each Panel.

3. Place Seat Base (16) onto Panels and use M6x25
Bolts and Washers to connect Panels to Base.

4. Use Head Caps (6), Flat Washers (7), and Spring
Washers (8) to connect Casters (9) to the Frame.

5. Slide Side Tray (19) onto the assembled
Frame and secure using two Lock Bolts.

6. Repeat process for the other Side Tray.
7. Attach Side Cup (20) by inserting into
designated slot on the Side Tray.

8. Repeat process for the other Side Cup.
9. Attach Tray (18) by sliding into the
opening on Main Panel.
10. Attach Tool Holder (22) by securing it
to the opening on Rear Panel.
