General safety instructions for power tools
Read all safety instructions and instructions for use. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions
may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Keep all warning notices and instructions for
later reference! The term “power tool(s)” in the warnings refers to both mains-operated (corded)
power tools or battery-operated (cordless) power tools.
Safety in the work area
o
Keep work areas clean and well lit. Untidy or dim areas increase the risk of accidents.
o
Do not operate power tools in potentially explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence
of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools produce sparks that can ignite dust and
fumes.
o
Keep children and uninvolved persons away while operating your power tool. Distractions
can cause you to lose control.
