Testing
Testing of the pressure gauge:
1.
The testing of the pressure gauge is only possible using special equipment.
Testing of the safety valve:
1.
Close the large ball valve and fill the container.
2.
Observe the pressure gauge display.
3.
The overpressure safety valve must open as soon as the pressure exceeds 11 bar at
810000082 and 9.5 bar at 11139940.
ATTENTION: The container must never be filled with over 9 bar.
Testing pressure losses:
1.
Fill the container to 8.5 bar pressure.
2.
Observe the pressure gauge.
3.
No pressure drop should be seen within an hour
For 810000082 Testing of the ball valves:
1.
When filling and emptying the booster filling device make sure that the handle lever
on the ball valve moves smoothly.
4.
Intended use
The booster is a device for pumping up tubeless tyres. A common problem with these types
of tyres is air flowing out immediately after filling through the valve, between the rim flange
and the tyre sidewall, making filling more difficult.
The booster is a universal device and can be used independent of rim diameter. The pressure
tank provides a reservoir for the compressed air filled beforehand. The compressed air fills a
tyre when the isolation Ball valve/piston valve is opened rapidly. This causes the tyre sidewalls
to be pressed onto the rim flanges immediately, and filling can then be completed via the tyre
filling valve.

Unpacking the booster
Check the contents of the packaging for damage:
The components of the device should be checked for completeness and damage immediately
after opening the packaging. When doing so, please note the statutory return periods.
