IMPORTANT NOTES, WARNINGS
AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Ensure that all employees understand and follow the fol-
lowing:
* Failure to read and understand this owner’s manual be-
fore using or servicing the lever pry bar constitutes a mis-
use of the product. All persons who will use or care for this
product must be familiar with this material.
Using the lever pry bar in a
manner inconsistent with
the instructions in this doc-
ument could cause serious personal injury and/or
property damage.
* Users must be of suitable physical condition.
* The lever pry bar is intended for use on improved sur-
faces.
* Comply with the established safety procedures when
using the lever pry bar.
* Only operate the lever pry bar from the end of the han-
dle. Never place your head above the handle.
* Do not exceed the lever pry bar’s load ratings. Injury to
personnel or permanent damage to lever pry bar or the
load could result from attempting to lift a load heavier than
the stated capacity.
* Do not apply more than 150 lbs. downward force on the
end of the lever pry bar handle.
* Do not hang, sit on, or bounce on the lever pry bar in an
attempt to tip or hold a load.
* Always carefully watch the load that is being tipped.
* Be certain no part of any person or object is under any
part of the load before lowering it to the ground.
* Do not use the lever pry bar if it is damaged or in need
of repairs.
* Maintenance and repairs are to be done only by person-
nel qualified to perform the required work. Consideration
will not be given for warranty repair charges without prior
written authorization by the manufacturer.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY CHECKS
Inspect daily for:
1. Damage to the lever pry bar on the steel nose plate. (Cracks, bends, or
twists, etc.)
2. Proper performance of the steel nose plate’s wheels, ie: that the wheels
and bearings are in good condition and the axle pins are held in place
properly.
Inspect monthly for:
1. Looseness or wear of the steel nose plate’s rollers or axle.
2. Integrity of the retaining hardware of the rollers.
Load test the lever pry lever bar monthly by applying a force of 150 lbs. to
the end of the handle under normal use conditions.

Should this product fail to perform satisfactorily due to a defect or poor workmanship within ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, re-
turn it to the place of purchase and it will be replaced, free of charge. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded from this war-

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
Every unit is thoroughly tested and inspected prior to shipment. However, it is possible that the unit may incur damage during transit.
Inspect the unit closely when it arrives. If you see evidence of damage or rough handling to either the packaging or to the product when
it is being unloaded, immediately make a note of it on the Bill of Lading.
It is important that you remove the product’s packaging upon its arrival to ensure that there is no concealed damage or to enable the
timely claim with the carrier for freight damage. Also verify that the product and its specifications are as ordered.
