Chapter 8: Canyon 306

Auxiliary Fuse Block

There are two auxiliary fuse blocks located in the starboard console. They provide a source of

power for electronics and other accessories. The fuse blocks receive power from the positive bus
bar. Your model utilizes automotive type fuses.

Accessory Outlet - 12 Volt

Your boat is equipped with a 12-volt outlet located on the starboard side of the helm station,

below the throttles. This outlet provides an easily accessible power supply for accessories such as
cell phones and spotlights.

N OT I C E

This outlet cannot be used with a cigarette lighter.

Aft Rigging Compartment

The aft rigging compartment is located aft of the fuel tank compartment. This area is functional

for rigging ignition protected accessories and for better access to rigging components. This
compartment contains two flats in the hull bottom for mounting transducers.

N OT I C E

The rigging hatch and mounting screws must be sealed with silicone sealer after rigging is
complete. If the lid is removed, it must be resealed to insure watertight integrity.
