Troubleshooting (ES 1000 & ES 2000)

3A4603F Operation, Repair, Parts

Sprayer does not have - 100 VAC for 120V units - 220 VAC for 230V
units (ES 1000& ES 2000)

Troubleshooting Procedure:

Remove front shroud on unit to
access DC power connections
on inverter.

Remove paint bucket tray to
access fuse and battery.

Do not plug unit into wall power.

Remove inverter access panels
to see circuit breakers and
status center lights.

See Step 4 on page 69.

Do you have

10.5 volts or higher?

See Step 4 on page 69.

Do you have 10.5 volts or higher?

Is Fuse

blown?

Replace fuse

and ensure no

battery cables

are shorted.

Turn on power switch.

Does light 7 illuminate

on power center?

Check wiring connections

from ON/Off switch to

inverter. Turn on power

switch. Does light 7

illuminate on power center?

Does light 7 illuminate

on power center?

Does switch have continuity for

both poles in ON position?

Tighten all battery

cable connections.

Check wiring connections

from inverter to sprayer.

If all wiring is good replace

inverter control boards.
