Warnings
The following warnings are for the setup, use, grounding, maintenance, and repair of this equipment. The exclama-
tion point symbol alerts you to a general warning and the hazard symbols refer to procedure-specific risks. When
these symbols appear in the body of this manual or on warning labels, refer back to these Warnings. Product-specific
hazard symbols and warnings not covered in this section may appear throughout the body of this manual where
applicable.
Installation
1.
Turn Reactor main power OFF
. Disconnect
power. Wait 5 minutes for stored voltage to dis-
charge.
2.
After 5 minutes, remove Reactor cabinet front
access door.
Install Control Box
3.
Remove screws then remove side plate (A).
NOTE: The plate is on the right side of the Electric
Reactor and on the left side of the Hydraulic Reactor.
4.
Electric Reactor only: route all wires and cables
from control box (2) through split rubber sheet in top
of cabinet.
NOTE: Electric Reactor only: When installing the control
box in the following step, pull wires through the split rub-
ber sheet in top of cabinet while maneuvering the con-
trol box into place.
WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD
This equipment must be grounded. Improper grounding, setup, or usage of the system can cause electric
shock.
•
Turn off and disconnect power at main switch before disconnecting any cables and before servicing
or installing equipment.
•
Connect only to grounded power source.
•
All electrical wiring must be done by a qualified electrician and comply with all local codes and
regulations.
NOTICE
To prevent damage to the Graco InSite, do not
expose to rain.
To prevent electric shock, wait 5 minutes after turning
power OFF for stored voltage to discharge (E-30 and
E-XP2 models only) before entering Reactor electrical
cabinet. Read warnings in Reactor repair manual. All
electrical wiring must be done by a qualified electrician
and comply with all local codes and regulations.
