Anvil Replacement

Pressure Relief Procedure

, page 22.

Engage trigger lock.

Loosen knob (528) then remove cover (527). See
page 42.

Use hand to prevent anvil from spinning, then push
in and rotate anvil cap (AD) 90 degrees coun-
ter-clockwise to remove.

Disengage the anvil to blade cartridge tension lock-
down lever (AG).

Use the anvil to blade cartridge tension adjustment
knob (AF) to relieve the tension between the anvil
and blade cartridge.

Remove anvil (AC).

Install new anvil onto sleeve.

Install anvil cap.

Blade Cartridge Replacement

If glass is not getting cut properly, verify the tension is
correct before replacing the blade cartridge.

Engage trigger lock.

Remove knob (528) then remove cover (527). See
page 42.

Press and hold motor lock button (AK) to prevent
blade cartridge (AA) from spinning, then push in and
rotate blade cartridge cap (AB) 90 degrees coun-
ter-clockwise to remove. See F

Remove the blade cartridge from sleeve (5). If nec-
essary, use a pick to aid in removing the blade car-
tridge.

Install new blade cartridge into sleeve.

Install blade cartridge cap.

Install cover and knob.
