Status Screen

NOTE: 

A “1” indicates that the button is in the “ON” posi-

tion. A “0” indicates that the button is in the “OFF” posi-
tion.

NOTE: 

The Error Code button is shown on every 

screen. See the Main screen for definition, page 18.

Maintenance Totalizer

This counter increments each time the machine cycles. 
Press the Reset Maintenance Totalizer button to reset. 
This counter is used for maintenance purposes.

# Of Times Maintenance Totalizer has been Reset

This counter increments each time the Reset Mainte-
nance Totalizer button is pressed.

Reset Maintenance Totalizer button

This button resets the Maintenance Totalizer.

Cycle Totalizer

This counter increments each time the machine cycles.

Dispense Ready

This displays “1” if the metering rods are loaded with 
material and ready to dispense. It displays a “0” if the 
metering tube is reloading or at the end of the dispense 
cycle.

Dispense Complete

This displays “1” if the metering rods are reloaded with 
material or at the end of the dispense cycle, and dis-
plays a “0” if the metering tube is loaded with material 
and ready to dispense. 

Co button

This button increases the contrast of the screen.

Contrast - button

This button decreases the contrast of the screen.

PLC=XXXX, HMI=XXXX

These fields display the programs downloaded into the 
PLC and HMI.
