Open the clamp by pressing on the

release lever

on top of the clamp to open the

clamp lever

Slide the clamp over the

backing fabric

and let go of the release lever to close the clamp.

: If the clamp

is going to reach

your batting, turn the

clamp upside down so

that the clamp lever

grips the bottom of

the backing and not

the batting.

Tighten the bungee clamp by pressing the button on the

bungee stop

and pulling the cord

away from the clamp until the side of the fabric is tight.

Press the button again to release the tension.

Repeat steps 14-16 with the other three bungee clamps and the other three rail holder brackets.
