Secure the batting and quilt top to the quilt-backing rail with

C-clamps

Insert the

bungee cord

into one of the holes in the top of a rail holder bracket. Pull the extra

cord through the hole until there is just enough for the clamp to reach your fabric. Pull the cable

down to hold its place in the rail holder bracket.

Slide the bungee stop back onto the end of the bungee cord.

Task 10 - Attaching the Fabric (continued)

Part Four

Bungee Stop

Remove the bungee stop from one of the bungee clamps by pressing on the button and sliding it

off the end of the bungee cord.
