Task 4 - Install the Single Wheel Channel Lock

Single Wheel

Channel Lock

Parts & Tools Needed:

Instructions

The single wheel channel lock helps hold your bottom carriage in place on the frame. Take the

following steps to install the channel lock to the bottom carriage:

Allen Wrench

4 mm

1. Use the 4 mm Allen wrench to remove the

right rear

M6 x 20 mm SBHCS

wheel

and

spacer

from the carriage.

Spacer

1. Install the single wheel channel lock with

the

M6 x 20 mm SBHCS

wheel

, and

spacer

. Do not fully tighten the screw.

Channel Lock

1. Position the channel lock even with the side

of the

wheel extrusion

. Use the 4 mm

Allen wrench to tighten in place.

Wheel Extrusion

Return the bottom carriage to the frame

with the channel lock in the rear.
