Example 1:
Edit a new sequence. The sequence number is 0; the sequence Memo is Test Power; the sequence steps: step 1: CCL, 1 A,
1 S; step 2: CCH, 2 A, 1S; step 3: CV, 1 V, 1 S; step 4: CRL, 1
