TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom Cause Remedy
Excess Steam Escapes Too high of volume of steam is
being used
Reduce the volume on the
steam cleaning unit until issue is
resolved
The squeegee is not properly
installed
If reducing the volume does not
work, see pg. 10 and 12 for
instructions and diagram to
adjust squeegee.
The vacuum suction may be
poor
Check this after checking other
possible causes. Then check
vacuum connection. If
connection is good, review
vacuum manual for
troubleshooting.
Excess Moisture After Cleaning Squeegee is not properly
adjusted
Adjust the squeegee properly.
See pages 10 and 12 for
diagram and instructions.
