4.3.2 Security Boost (Password lock)

If the dashboard shows “COdE” after the system power is on, that means the “Security Boost” is
activated. You have to input the 4-digit pin code or pass your smartphone’s biometric
authentication, in order to turn on the motor.

You can input the pin code with your smartphone, or with the throttle and brake. Turn the throttle
to change the number, press the brake to enter the number, and press
”Left turn signal” to
delete the wrong input.
If the wrong password is input too many times, the system will block entering the password for
30 minutes.
If you forget your password, you can use the Gogoro® App and follow the instructions to reset
it.
