Comfort Controls
Heating/Air Conditioning Controls
Temperature Selector Lever
Slide the temperature control lever toward the blue area
for cooler air. Slide it toward the red area for warmer air.
Function Buttons
VENT: Press this button to make all of the airflow
come through the instrument panel vents.
VENT/HEATER: This setting splits the airflow
between the instrument panel vents and the floor outlets.
HEATER: Press this button to make all of the
airflow come through the floor outlets.
DEFROST/HEATER: This button makes air
come out of both the bottom of the windshield area and
near the floor.
DEFROST: This setting operates the defroster. Air
comes out near the bottom of the windshield and at your
front side windows.
RECIRC: If you press this button, the air inside the
cab will be recirculated. If your vehicle is equipped with
air conditioning, using RECIRC will give you maximum
cooling. It can also be used in all modes to keep dust out
of the cab.
A/C (Vehicles Equipped with Air Conditioning
Only): To turn on your air conditioner, select where you
want the air to be directed using one of the function
buttons. Then, select a fan speed and push the
A/C button.
Fan Control Lever
The fan has five settings: OFF, 1, 2, 3 and 4. Move the
fan lever to OFF to turn the system off. Outside air will
still come out of the heater outlets whenever the vehicle
is moving.
