Vent Filters

Transfer Case

The filter is attached to the transfer case vent tube.
It is located on the driver’s side of the transfer
case housing.

When to Change the Filter

Refer to the 

Scheduled Maintenance on page 6-2

to determine how often to change the filter.

Front Axle

The filter is attached to the front axle vent tube.
It is located in the engine compartment next to the
left inner wheel housing.
