This number converted to decimal (base 10) is: 12,579,947.
12,579,947 * (180.0 / 223) = 269.936378
Since this result is greater than 180 degrees, subtract 360 degrees from the result to create the correct signed
representation.
269.936378 degrees

Test Modes
5.1
Hardwired Method
The ST100 BOARD provides several test modes intended to aid in manufacturing testing and certification testing.
All test modes are activated by grounding selective pins on the ST100 BOARD prior to applying power. Once power is
applied, the ST100 BOARD will sample the states of the pins and based on the states of the pins, the ST100 BOARD will
enter the selected test mode. For normal operation these pins must be left floating or in a high (logic 1) state.
A typical implementation is to rig small switches to these pins so that turning the switch on connects the pins to ground.
Such a “rigged” board is then sent to the regulatory test house with instructions on how to set the switches to enable
each mode. The switches should be set to select the desired mode, then power applied, then measurements taken.
Power should be switched off before selecting another mode.
In the table below, the
TEST1, TEST2, RX and RTS
pins come up on the board as follows.
TEST1
–
On Test Point 28 and edge connector pin 7.
TEST2
–
On Test Point 29 and edge connector pin 6.
RX
–
On Test Point 46
RTS
–
On Test Point 15
The following tables define the different test modes available in the ST100 BOARD.

(continuous transmission) - A test packet is continuously
transmitted until power is removed from the board. The test packet
shall comply with the Air Interface Packet format with a user

the most significant bit is transmitted first
