Logging In
There are three options for the kiosk login:
1. No login required. When the user opens the monitor door, the service screen displays.
2. Use Portal logins. Portal credentials determine kiosk privileges. Any kiosk connected to the Portal can use
any login within the Portal system.
3. If you are not using the Portal, you can use a standalone tool that creates a file with credentials/roles. The file
must be added to each kiosk. In addition, the file must be updated and reapplied to the kiosks each time
there is a change in credentials, such as a new or terminated employee.
Using credentials to secure the kiosk at login is turned ON or OFF in a configuration file. If the function is turned
ON, the login screen will automatically appear when the user opens the monitor door. If credentials are not
enabled when the kiosk is installed, please call our 24/7 CAMS support desk (800-500-1973). A technician will
assist you in scheduling an on-site visit.
