Failure to boot

1.  Press power switch on the rear of the PC.
2.  Check AC cable at rear of PC for loose connection.
3.  Check AC cable at main power supply for loose

connection.

Failure to start Windows

Blank screen

1. Check the PC unit.
2. Check video cable connections at rear of PC and SIC

board.

3. Check the power LED of OSD board for green light: Press

power button when LED is OFF.

Touch not responding

1.  Check USB cable at the SIC board for loose connection.
2.  Reseat USB cable to touch at SIC board.
3.  Reseat USB cable to PC at SIC board.
