Sound Settings
The Sound Settings menu provides access to the incoming call sounder volume and
options to enable the sounder and the external telephone handset ringer.
Internally fitted to the PCB each phone module has a sounder. This sounder can be
used to indicate an incoming call.
When adjusting the Sounder Volume a fader appears on the screen. This fader can
be operated either by using the touchscreen or by using the ‘Control Shaft Encoder’
NOTE:
In the
GPIO menu there is a ‘Mute Ringers’ option for muting both the sounder and
handset ringer via an external trigger.
