Diverting calls

Internal call divert

By factory default, internal call divert is deactivated.

Setting up the divert destination

Activating/deactivating internal call divert
Precondition:

Internal call divert can only be activated if the divert destination has been

set up.

Defining the number of rings

When ring delay is used, the number of rings before the call is diverted must be defined.

Between 0 (= immediate call divert) and 9 rings can be set. There are 5 seconds between

rings.

To make this function easier to use, you can also set one of the function

keys accordingly (page 116).

Only one divert destination can be selected for internal call divert.

Only single-stage call divert is supported: if you are diverting to a

party who has activated internal call divert himself, this will no longer

work. The diverted call will ring on the terminal of the party you

diverted it to.
