Spanning Tree - STP Port Settings
The STP Port Setting page allows you to change the port priority and its path cost.
When STP or RSTP is enabled, the system automatically assigns the port priority and path
cost to the port.
Also, this page displays the STP Port Status.
Port No
This scroll-down menu allows you to choose the port that you would like to configure.
Priority
You can set the priority value of the selected port here. Please note that the value of the
priority must be the multiple of 16.
RPC
RPC (Root Path Cost) is used by the STP to determine the best path between devices.
Therefore, lower values should be assigned to ports attached to faster media, and higher
values assigned to ports with slower media. The RPC could be a number from 0 to
200,000,000, where 0 means auto generated path cost.
